About Heliotrope
Heliotrope Yoga Holidays was set up by Sine Ozsoy and Aidan Love with the aim of sharing their enthusiasm for both Turkey and
Iyengar Yoga.
They wanted to create an opportunity for others to come and experience this
special part of Turkey
– and combining that with a Yoga Holiday seemed ideal.
Often our daily lives contain routines and stresses which can make it hard to find the time and mental focus for yoga. Heliotrope Yoga Holidays is a small family business that aims to provide an environment where this focus can be found.
Both Aidan and Sine are qualified Iyengar yoga teachers. Luka is capable of some spectacular asanas but so far has expressed no desire to be a teacher!
