Heliotrope Yoga Studio
Our purpose made yoga studio, set in the gardens, has been designed to create a calm space which integrates well with the beautiful surrounding environment.
The space is designed to keep cool in the heat, with a tile floor and an open side. This keeps the space light and ventilated, and allows you to feel connected to the nature around.
The yoga space can hold approximately twenty people and has storage for our yoga equipment.
Yoga Equipment
Our Yoga space is well provided with a variety of
yoga props
and equipment which are a very useful aid to the practice of
Iyengar yoga.
We have yoga mats, foam blocks, wooden bricks, cotton belts, bolsters, blankets, etc.
