Indira Lopez-Bassols & Diana Penny

Indira started her yoga pilgrimage 28 years ago. She has been teaching for 23 consecutive years around the world (Mexico, Portugal, India and UK) and holds a Level 3 certificate. She has also completed a 3 years Iyengar Yoga Remedial/Therapy Training. Her teaching style is precise, warm and supportive and she is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential through the practice and study of yoga

Diana began practicing Iyengar yoga in 2000, and it has become an important support in her life over the years in many different ways: physically, emotionally and socially. Diana trained with Ursula Schoonraad in South London and qualified as an Introductory teacher in 2007.  Since 2011 Diana has been running Yogawest in Bristol . Diana particularly enjoys teaching mixed ability groups, and her warm personality and sense of humour are always present in class and appreciated by students.

Womens' Week

This women's yoga week is to support you through all phases of womenhood. We both have a special interest in the health benefits of Iyengar yoga; particularly women ‘s health from menarche to menopause (menstruation, fertility/conception, pregnancy, postnatal and peri/post menopause) and in restorative yoga to help alleviate stress/fatigue/adrenal exhaustion.
