Karen and Aubrey have always been a very popular teaching duo at Heliotrope. They are both very experienced teachers with strong and nurturing personalities who combine to make challenging and supportive classes where there is something for all levels. They like to share their passion and deep knowledge of yoga but also to make the classes fun.
