Indira, Diana & Aidan
Teaching from 30th April - 7th May, this holiday will take place on a beautiful island near the town of Zadar in Croatia. Follow the link for full details
Ros Bell
Teaching from 7th - 14th June Ros is a regular teacher with Heliotrope, and one of the most experienced Iyengar yoga teachers and mentors in the UK, having started her journey with Iyengar yoga in the 1970s.
Karen Dunne
Teaching from 13th - 20th September, Karen is a gifted yet down-to-earth teacher who has been teaching here at Heliotrope for many years. Her classes are meticulously planned and filled with clarity as well as humour.
Cathy & Debbie
Teaching from 20th - 27th September. this will be Cathy and Debbies' forth time teaching together for us -their previous holidays have sold out fasst!
Indira & Diana
Teaching from 27th September - 4th October, this is a week for women at all stages of life. Prepare to be challenged and nourished in equal measures!
Chang Park
Teaching from 4th - 11th October, this is Chang's first week at Heliotrope as a teacher. Chang is a Doctor and Hatha yoga teacher who is passionate about the integration of yoga in healthcare.
Edgar & Lydia
Teaching from 11th - 18th October, Edgar and Lydia have been teaching for us for many years and are two of the youngest UK-based teachers to receive high level certification.
Onuncu Koy Hotel
This is where most of the holidays currently take place. It is a small, family run hotel with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Only a short walk from Adrasan beach.
