08:00 - 10:00. Morning Yoga

The main class of the day which runs somewhere between 2 and 2 and a half hours on a general week. Typically starts at 08:00 but this can vary according to the weather and other factors.

10:15 - 11:15. Brunch

A well deserved big open-buffet brunch, Turkish style - so fresh local greens (rocket, parsley, etc), tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, various egg options, local cheeses, tahini, pekmez (pure fruit syrup), local jams and honeys, various fresh bread and baked goods, yoghurt, etc, etc...

Free time

Optional trips to local places of interest are organized most days if you want to make the most of being in such an interesting area which is full of ancient history and beautiful nature.

17:30 - 19:00. Afternoon Yoga

Usually starting at 17:00 or 17:30 (depending on time of year mostly), this session is generally a more relaxing / restorative session lasting around 90 minutes.

19:15 - 20:00  Evening Meal

A tasty and wholesome open buffet of vegetarian, Turkish food including many fresh salad options.
